Daily journaling is a practice that will help you clear your head at the end of your day. Where you reflect on your days experiences, interactions, thoughts, feelings and gratitude for the Joy’s in your life. It does require making that appointment with yourself at the same time every day, like everything else. I too forget to reflect and when I recognize I’m feeling a little overwhelmed I realise I need to get back to “putting pen to paper”. Once you have offloaded those hindering thoughts will no longer be hounding you. Write those letters to those who have hurt or angered you and do so until you feel at peace. We all deserve peace and owe it to ourselves to LOVE ourselves to BITS!
