A one-on-one Workstyle Alignment session for anyone questioning the way they work, navigating change or wanting to understand what supports them more clearly.

Together, we explore the patterns, strengths, needs, energy and conditions shaping your experience of work, then consider what that understanding means for the choices in front of you.

90 minutes | Sessions are usually held online

Workstyle Alignment 1:1 Session

Sometimes the question is not simply, “What should I do next?”

It may be:

Why does work that looks right on paper still feel wrong in practice?

Why do the same frustrations keep repeating?

What kind of work actually suits the way I operate?

What needs to change, and what may already be right?

A Workstyle Alignment session gives you space to step back from the immediate problem and look at the patterns underneath it.

Together, we explore the way you naturally work, including the roles you tend to take on, the strengths and qualities that consistently show up, what matters to you, the environments and conditions that support you, your energy and rhythm, and the recurring patterns across your working life.

The session is reflective and practical. The aim is not to tell you what career you should pursue or give you a prescribed answer. It is to help you recognise what your own experience may already be showing you and translate that understanding into choices that feel more considered and sustainable.

Depending on what you bring to the session, we may explore:

a current work or career decision

a role that no longer feels right

patterns of overwork, depletion or frustration

a transition or change in direction

strengths you may be underusing

the conditions in which you tend to do your best work

how your natural energy and decision-making affect the way you work

what alignment could look like in your current role or next chapter

Human Design may be used as an optional reflective lens where relevant, alongside your lived experience. It is not used as a prescription or as a substitute for your own judgement.

You do not need to have read Work Your Way or completed the self-paced programme before booking. You can begin wherever you are.

Where useful, further sessions can be booked individually as you continue to explore or apply what emerges.

90 minutes | Sessions are usually held online

The fee applies to the booked session.

What if the answer is not finding the perfect job, but understanding the way you work best?

Work Your Way: Work the Way You Work Best is a reflective and practical workstyle book for recognising the patterns that shape how you work, what supports you and what may need to change.

For much of her career, Natalie Leach believed she was searching for the right role, purpose or direction. Over time, she began to see that the clues were already there: in the work that energised her, the responsibilities that depleted her, the strengths she relied on, the environments that supported her and the interests that kept returning.

Through Natalie’s lived story, guided reflections and three practical tools, the Essence Map™, Alignment Canvas™ and Alignment Compass™, you will explore what supports you, how you naturally contribute and what that means for the way you work.

At the heart of this book is discernment: recognising what fits, what no longer does, what needs to change and what deserves more of your energy.

You may not need a completely different life.
