Workstyle Alignment

Understand yourself and work the way you work best.

Work is often where misalignment becomes visible. You may be capable, but the way you are working is draining you, and you know it no longer fits. This process helps you step back and understand your patterns, strengths, decision-making, energy, role and rhythm, so you can work the way you work best and make choices that feel more aligned, sustainable and true.

What this Supports

Role

What kind of role or way of contributing feels more aligned now.

Energy

Where your energy is being drained, stretched or overextended.

Rhythm

The pace, structure and working rhythm that supports you best.

Boundaries

How you communicate, respond and protect what matters.

Next steps

What needs to shift so you can move forward in a more sustainable way.
